Products & Pricing

•All products are described and priced as accurately as possible.
•Slight variations in colour, finish, or texture may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings. Such variations do not constitute defects.
•Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price valid at the time of purchase will be honoured.
•We do not guarantee product availability; items may sell out at any time.

Orders & Payments

•All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
•Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
•Payments must be made online via secure gateways. Full COD is not available.
•COD orders require 50% advance payment, with the balance due on delivery. COD orders without advance will be cancelled.
•We do not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated in promotions. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

•Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
•Delivery timeline is 5–10 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
•Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors (logistics, weather, festivals, strikes). We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
•Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

•Strictly no return, refund, or exchange except in cases where the product is delivered broken, defective, or incorrect.
•All claims require an unboxing video and must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
•Once approved, the item must be returned within 3 days.
•Resolutions will be via store credit or exchange only. No cash refunds.
•Sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale.

Intellectual Property

•All content on the site — including text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of 1CLICKS.

Limitation of Liability

•Normal wear and tear of jewelry.
•Skin sensitivities or allergic reactions (though our products are hypoallergenic, individual reactions may vary).
•Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
•Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in dispute.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

•These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
•All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
