What we collect
We collect only what we need to serve you better.
- Identity & Contact: name, phone number, email, shipping & billing address.
- Order & Transaction: items purchased, order history, payment status, delivery details. (Card/UPI data is processed by secure payment gateways—we do not store full card/UPI details.)
- Device & Usage: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, time on site, referring pages, approximate location.
- Communications: messages you send to us (email, WhatsApp, chat, social media), survey responses, support requests.
- Cookies & Similar Tech: small files that remember your preferences, keep items in cart, and help us improve performance and personalisation (see Cookies & tracking).

- Fulfilling a contract: process orders, payments, shipping, returns/exchanges, and customer support.

Return, Exchange & Cod Policy — 1clicks
At 1CLICKS, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality. To protect our customers and the integrity of our products, we follow a strict Return, Exchange & COD Policy.
1) Core Principle
•Unless a product is received broken, defective, or incorrect, there will be no return, refund, or exchange.
•All sales are considered final except in the limited circumstances defi ned below.
2) Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
•Only defective, damaged (broken), or incorrect items are eligible.
•Claims must include a mandatory unboxing video (continuous, unedited, from the moment of opening the sealed package).
•Products must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
•Sale, discounted, or promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
3) Timelines & Proof
•Customers must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing queries@1clicks.in with video proof.
•Once approved, the defective/damaged product must be handed over to our courier within 3 days of approval.
•Requests beyond this timeline will be declined automatically.
4) Resolution Method
•No cash refunds will be issued.
•Resolutions will be offered only in the form of:
•Store Credit (valid for future purchases on 1clicks.in), or
•Exchange (equal or higher value product, with customer paying the difference).
5) Shipping & Pickup
•1CLICKS arranges free pickup for approved returns/exchanges within India.
•Products must be securely packed in their original condition with all tags intact.
•Any unauthorised return (without approval or proof) will be refused.
6) Processing Timeline
•Once returned items are received and pass quality inspection, store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
•Products that fail inspection (used, tampered, or missing packaging/tags) will be rejected with no credit issued.
7) Non-Eligible Scenarios
Returns/exchanges will be immediately rejected if:
•Item is not broken, defective, or incorrect.
•Unboxing video is missing, edited, or unclear.
•Claim raised after 48 hours of delivery.
•Return not handed to the courier within 3 days of approval.
•Product is worn, used, altered, damaged post-delivery, or missing tags/packaging.
•Item purchased during sale/discount/promotion.
•Orders shipped outside India (international orders are final sale).
8) Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
•Full Cash on Delivery is not available.
•COD orders require 50% advance payment at checkout (via UPI, Card, or Net Banking).
• The remaining 50% is payable at delivery (cash or card).
•COD orders without advance payment will be automatically cancelled.
•Refunds of COD advance (if return approved) will be provided only as store credit.
9) Legal Disclaimer
•1CLICKS reserves the absolute right to deny any return/exchange not meeting these conditions.
•Decisions of 1CLICKS, based on inspection and proof, shall be final and binding.
•By placing an order on 1clicks.in, the customer acknowledges and accepts this Return, Exchange & COD Policy in full.
